My Story

I am a tourism and hospitality professional with more than a decade of experience working across sales, reservations, guest relations, administration, and business development – primarily within the unique environment of Northern Sweden.

A significant part of my life was spent in China, where I studied and worked and developed a deep understanding of the Chinese language, culture, and society. This international experience has given me a strong appreciation for working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, as well as an ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.

My career in tourism has taken me through a variety of roles and properties, from smaller independent lodges and B&Bs to some of Sweden’s best-known Arctic tourism destinations. I worked at ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi, where I was involved in both front-office operations and back-office administration, including reservations and sales. I then spent several years at Abisko Mountain Lodge in Abisko, working across reception, reservations, administration, sales, and business development.

These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the tourism business from the day-to-day guest experience to the behind-the-scenes work required to sell, operate, and develop a successful destination.
In 2024, I took the next step and founded my own consultancy, working with tourism businesses and destinations in Norrbotten. My work focuses on helping tourism operators develop their business, improve their sales and booking processes, strengthen their digital presence, and find practical solutions to challenges along the way.

I am naturally curious, a quick learner, and genuinely enjoy solving problems. I am also highly comfortable with technology and have extensive experience working with booking systems, CRM platforms, websites, digital tools, and other systems used within the tourism industry. I enjoy learning new platforms and finding ways to make processes more efficient.

Above all, I am passionate about tourism, people, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
